We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and strengthen our people operations. The ideal candidate should be hands on, organised, and comfortable managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, and performance processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies and processes
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Manage performance appraisal and review processes
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
Work closely with management on workforce planning and organizational needs
Lead and mentor the HR team

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in HR management




Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management
Good understanding of HR policies and labour laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and problem solving abilities
Experience with HRMS and HR analytics is preferred
Prior experience in the IT or technology industry is an advantage
