HR Recruiter – Work From Home

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage the recruitment cycle for both IT and Non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.
Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure smooth joining.
Handle multiple requirements and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
Achieve recruitment targets and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.




Recruit for both IT and Non-IT roles.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
Positive follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Candidates based in or around Noida are preferred.
