Position: Network ACI Engineer

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
Manage and troubleshoot Cisco ACI environments.
Configure and maintain Routing & Switching technologies.
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
Perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network projects and operational activities.
Maintain network documentation and adhere to security and compliance standards.

Mandatory Skills
Robust hands-on experience in Routing & Switching.
Extensive experience with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure).
Valuable understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and HSRP/VRRP.
Experience with Cisco Nexus switches and data center networking.
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Network Operations & Incident Management
Handle escalations from L1 support teams and provide timely resolution.
Monitor and manage day-to-day network operations.




Perform incident analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and closure within SLA timelines.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem management activities.

Cisco ACI Administration
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI environments.
Support fabric infrastructure, tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, contracts, and endpoint groups (EPGs).
Monitor ACI health and performance to ensure network availability and reliability.

Configuration & Troubleshooting
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and SDN infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, routing, switching, and performance issues.
Implement network changes following change management procedures.

Eligibility
Minimum 5 years of relevant networking experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering/Technology.
Candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred.

Location Requirement
Must be willing to work from Mumbai.
