Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Work closely with the internal team to fulfill hiring requirements within timelines

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques is preferred
Solid coordination and follow-up skills
