Role & responsibilities :
Partner closely with Procurement & Supply Chain Head to drive structured finance support across APIs, formulations, indirect procurement, and ongoing projects.
Deliver YoY cost synergies through channel analysis, warehousing optimization, and logistics efficiency improvements.
Strengthen stakeholder engagement with senior leadership (including CMD) to ensure commercial value addition and strategic decision support.
Lead financial reporting, digitisation initiatives, and governance for complex supply chain and procurement operations while aligning with global standards.
Manage and mentor the operations finance team, ensuring alignment with the Global Head of Operations Finance.

Preferred candidate profile : Qualified CA with 15+ years of diverse business finance experience across sales, commercials, manufacturing, and supply chain/procurement finance.Ideally suited with MNC exposure, particularly managing large distribution networks and leading highperforming finance teams.
