Position: Warden

Organization: Major S.D. Singh Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, Farrukhabad

Job Summary:

The Warden will be responsible for the overall management, discipline, safety, and welfare of students residing in the hostel. The candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day hostel operations and maintain a secure, hygienic, and disciplined workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise hostel students and maintain discipline and punctuality.
Monitor attendance, daily routines, and hostel activities.
Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, security, and maintenance of the hostel.
Address students' concerns and coordinate with college management when required.
Maintain hostel records, registers, and incident reports.
Monitor hostel staff, housekeeping, and security personnel.
Ensure compliance with hostel rules and college policies.




Handle emergencies and immediately report serious incidents to management.
Coordinate with parents/guardians and college authorities when necessary.
Ensure the overall safety, well-being, and proper conduct of students.

Qualification & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline; relevant hostel/college experience preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong administrative and disciplinary management skills.
Responsible, disciplined, approachable, and capable of handling students effectively.
Previous experience as a Hostel Warden will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
