Role & responsibilities
Supervise hostel students and maintain discipline.
Monitor attendance, entry/exit, and hostel activities.
Address students concerns and coordinate with parents/college authorities when required.
Ensure hostel rules, safety, cleanliness, and security are maintained.
Handle emergencies and maintain necessary hostel records.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Preferred candidate profile Valuable communication, interpersonal and administrative skills. Prior experience in managing a hostel/institutional residential facility will be preferred.
