Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Assist customers with information regarding movie timings, screens, seating, ticketing, offers, and cinema facilities.
Check tickets and guide guests to the appropriate auditorium and seats.
Assist guests with special requirements and provide appropriate support.
Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues to the Duty Manager when required.
Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience throughout the customer's visit.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
