Role & responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to patients at home as per the care plan.
Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and changes in health status.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
Provide care for patients requiring tracheostomy, catheterization, Ryles tube feeding, ventilator support, wound care, and other clinical procedures, as applicable.
Maintain proper nursing documentation and patient records.
Assist patients with daily activities, hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
Coordinate with doctors, supervisors, and family members regarding the patient's condition.
Preferred candidate profile
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM as per role requirements.
Valid nursing registration.
Experience in hospital, ICU, critical care, or homecare preferred.
Valuable clinical knowledge and communication skills.
