JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver Flipkart customer orders safely and on time.
- Collect assigned shipments from the delivery hub and complete deliveries according to the assigned route.
- Verify customer details and shipment information before delivery.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, where applicable, and deposit/submit the amount as per company procedure.
- Update delivery status through the designated delivery application/system.
- Maintain proper handling and safety of all parcels during transportation.
- Contact customers professionally regarding delivery timing and location.
- Handle returns, undelivered shipments, and pickup-related tasks as instructed.
- Follow company policies, delivery procedures, and customer-service standards.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in secure and working condition.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Valid Driving Licence, where required.
- Own two-wheeler preferred/required depending on the delivery role.
- Android smartphone with internet connection.
- Good knowledge of the local area and routes.
- Basic communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual,



and customer-friendly attitude.
- Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
