- Plan & manage campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
- Manage budgets & improve campaign performance
- Optimize ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate & sales
- Build & manage target audiences
- Test different ads, creatives & messaging
- Work with designers & content teams

Required Candidate profile

- Experience with e-commerce/D2C is preferred
- Experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills
- Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools is a plus
