Minimum Qualification

- Diploma Mechanical Engineering (DME)
- Bachelors Program Civil Engineering

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing structural steel fabrication and erection works for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, including process buildings, cleanroom support structures, equipment platforms, pipe racks, utility buildings, mezzanines, access structures, and steel framing systems. Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and construction schedules.

Coordinate with design, fabrication yards, civil, mechanical, electrical, process, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely fabrication, delivery, and erection of structural steel components. Supervise fabrication, fit-up, welding, surface treatment, lifting, erection, alignment, bolting, and final inspection activities. Monitor manpower, materials, cranes, and productivity to achieve project milestones.

Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements through material traceability, dimensional inspections, welding quality control, bolt torque verification, NDT coordination, and documentation. Enforce HSE standards by implementing lifting plans, work-at-height procedures, permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and PPE compliance. Control material utilization, minimize rework and wastage, resolve technical issues, and maintain fabrication, erection, and progress records to support successful project completion and handover.

Requires a Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with experience in structural steel fabrication and erection, industrial or semiconductor projects, quality management, safety compliance, and project coordination.
