Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
Allocate rooms, public areas, and other cleaning duties to team members.
Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and presentation of guest rooms and facilities.
Monitor room status and coordinate with the Front Office for room readiness and updates.
Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and company policies.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.
Monitor linen, uniforms, amenities, and housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the concerned department.
Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally and promptly.
Maintain housekeeping checklists, inspection reports, and daily records.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene,



and hotel operating standards.
Report maintenance issues and damages identified during room inspections to the Engineering Department.
Support the Executive Housekeeper/HOD in maintaining departmental discipline and smooth operations.

Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a relevant qualification preferred.
Positive knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and hotel operations.
Robust leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Valuable attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Professional attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
