About the Role

AndCircus is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who cares more about craft than reach. You'll build and manage a roster of vertical-content creators, prioritizing quality storytelling and brand fit over follower count or vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, vet, and onboard creators based on content quality, aesthetic fit, and vertical-format storytelling skill — not just follower size
Build long-term creator relationships over one-off transactional collaborations
Brief creators clearly to protect creative quality while keeping content authentic to their voice
Review and give feedback on creator content pre- and post-publish to maintain a high bar
Track campaign performance with an emphasis on engagement quality, brand sentiment, and content craft — not just reach or impressions
Negotiate rates and manage contracts, deliverables, and timelines
Stay plugged into emerging creators and vertical content trends before they go mainstream

What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing,



ideally with a portfolio of quality-first campaigns
A discerning eye for content — you can tell positive vertical storytelling from noise
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable saying no to reach-heavy creators who don't fit the brand's visual/content standards
Experience working directly with creators on scripts, shot lists, or creative direction is a plus
Data-literate, but not metrics-obsessed — you use numbers to support judgment, not replace it

Nice to Have
Background in content creation or filming yourself (understands the creator's process)
Existing relationships with niche/vertical-format creators
Experience building creator communities, not just campaigns

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
