Location: Chennai | Mumbai | Pune

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure delivery, ensuring reliable, scalable, secure, and high-performing technology services.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects and services.
Manage infrastructure operations across servers, networks, cloud, storage, and related IT platforms.
Drive project planning, execution, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Manage delivery timelines, SLAs, KPIs, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, compliance, and operational standards.
Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and infrastructure modernization.




Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical infrastructure issues.
Lead and mentor cross-functional infrastructure teams.

Required Skills & Experience
15–22 years of experience in IT infrastructure and service delivery.
Robust experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure environments.
Excellent understanding of cloud, networking, servers, storage, and data center technologies.
Experience in ITIL / IT Service Management and SLA-driven settings.
Solid project, vendor, stakeholder, and team management skills.
Experience driving infrastructure transformation and modernization initiatives.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
