nWe are seeking an experienced Medical Coder specializing in Radiology and Sonography coding to accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifier codes for diagnostic imaging services. The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of radiology procedures, ultrasound/sonography coding guidelines, payer-specific requirements, and compliance standards.
nKey Responsibilities

Review and analyze medical records, radiology reports, physician documentation, and diagnostic imaging records.n
Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers for Radiology and Sonography encounters.n
Code services related to:n
Diagnostic Radiologyn
Ultrasound / Sonographyn
CT Scann
MRIn
Mammographyn
Nuclear Medicinen
Interventional Radiologyn
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with payer regulations and coding guidelines.n




Identify documentation gaps and communicate clarification requirements.n
Perform audits and quality reviews to maintain coding accuracy standards.n
Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.n
Stay updated with annual coding guideline changes and payer-specific updates.n
