Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive business development through outbound calls, lead generation and client engagement. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their hiring requirements and converting prospects into active business accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through calling, email and online research
Connect with HR professionals, business owners and stake holders.
Understand client hiring requirements and pitch ACS recruitment solutions
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities
Maintain and update lead/client data and sales pipeline
Achieve monthly calling,



meeting and revenue targets
Coordinate with the recruitment/delivery team for smooth execution
Build and maintain robust client relationships

Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development
Experience in recruitment consultancy or B2B services will be preferred
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Solid follow-up and negotiation abilities
Target-driven, proactive and comfortable with outbound calling
Positive understanding of MS Excel and basic CRM tools
