Key Responsibilities
Conduct live demonstrations of smart locks and related smart home security products.
Explain product features, advantages, and usage to potential customers.
Assist customers in understanding lock installation, mobile app setup, and troubleshooting.
Answer customer queries and provide technical guidance during demonstrations.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
Ensure demo units are functional, updated, and well-maintained.
Support retail outlets, exhibitions, events, and customer visits as required.
Stay updated on current smart lock technologies and competing products.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
