L’étoile Patisserie is a premium patisserie based in Hyderabad, focused on creating high-quality bakes, desserts, and handcrafted treats with an emphasis on taste, presentation and customer experience.
As we grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to help build our local brand presence and customer base through on-ground marketing and brand activations.

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Marketing Intern to support field marketing, brand activations, customer engagement, local partnerships, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
Visit Residential Communities, Corporate Offices, Malls, cafés, Supermarkets, Events, and Other target locations to promote the brand.
Execute sampling, product tasting, pop-ups, and promotional activities.
Engage with customers, generate leads, and promote subscriptions and repeat orders.
Identify and explore local partnership opportunities with businesses, communities, events, and other relevant groups.
Capture photos and videos during activations and support Instagram and social media content.




Conduct basic competitor and market research to identify current prospects.
Maintain records of leads, subscriptions, activations, and weekly performance.
Support the team in planning and executing local marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with people.
Willingness to travel locally and work primarily on the field.
Interest in food, hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
Basic understanding of Instagram and social media platforms.
Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related students/recent graduates preferred.
