Process cashless and reimbursement motor insurance claims.
Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for claim approvals.
Prepare and submit claim documents with accurate estimates and photographs.
Follow up on pending approvals to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Verify policy coverage, claim eligibility, and customer documentation.
Maintain claim records and update the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Communicate claim status and repair progress to customers.
Resolve claim-related queries and discrepancies with insurers.
Ensure compliance with OEM and insurance company claim guidelines.
Support the workshop in achieving claim closure and customer satisfaction targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
