Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective customers, explaining insurance products, following up with customers and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through telecalling, referrals, networking and field activities.
Contact prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.
Explain suitable Life, Health and General Insurance products.
Conduct customer meetings and presentations when required.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Assist customers with policy documentation and application processes.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales.
Coordinate with the internal team for policy processing and customer support.
Generate repeat business and customer referrals.

Candidate Requirements
Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.




Kannada and English communication preferred.
Hindi will be an added advantage.
Robust interest in sales and customer relationship management.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to make calls and meet customers when required.
Previous experience in insurance, banking, BFSI, financial services or sales is preferred.

Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
