Key Responsibilities
Design and develop integrations between ERP, MES, SCADA, PLC/OT systems, WMS, PLM, QMS, IoT platforms, and other enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain APIs, web services, middleware, ETL pipelines, and event-based integrations.
Integrate shop-floor equipment and systems with enterprise applications using appropriate industrial communication protocols.
Work with technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, MQTT, OPC-UA, TCP/IP, and messaging platforms.
Analyze integration requirements and translate business/manufacturing requirements into technical solutions.
Monitor integration interfaces, troubleshoot failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
Implement logging, error handling, alerting, retry mechanisms, and data validation to ensure reliable integrations.
Collaborate with manufacturing and OT teams to integrate machines, sensors, PLCs, SCADA and MES systems.
Support data synchronization between manufacturing systems and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle,



or Microsoft Dynamics.
Develop technical documentation, interface specifications, data mappings, and integration architecture diagrams.
Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure integrations comply with company security, quality, and data-governance standards.
Work with vendors and third-party technology providers when required.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
06 Months - 2 years years of experience in system/application integration, preferably in manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of

SQL and relational databases
JSON/XML
API authentication and security
Data mapping and transformation
