Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through international chat support
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers
Maintain high standards of customer service
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of customer interactions

Eligibility:
HSC freshers are eligible
Graduate freshers are eligible
Candidates with 6+ months of relevant BPO/Customer Service experience can apply
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
