NRole Overview
nWe are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions with deep expertise in Qualtrics, AWS, and enterprise experience platforms. This role combines technical architecture, hands-on development, and client engagement to build scalable, secure integration solutions across industries including banking, telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, and aviation. The successful candidate will drive end-to-end solutioning from requirements discovery through implementation and serve as a trusted advisor on platform customization, data automation, and cloud-native transformation.

nRequirements Discovery & Pre-Sales:

Support pre-salesactivities, including proposal development, solution scoping, effort estimation, and client presentations. N
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. N
Document requirements, architectural decisions, and trade-offs to ensure alignment across stakeholders. N

nSolution Architecture & Design:

Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3. N
Design end-to-end architectures encompassing applications, integrations, data flows, infrastructure, and APIs. N
Lead the design and implementation of Qualtrics XM solutions across CX, EX, PX, and Brand Experience. N
Develop integrations with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, messaging gateways, data warehouses, kiosk systems, and BI tools. N
Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams on cloud-
