Roles and Responsibilities: -
Prepare daily sales invoices in the ERP system.
Ensure accuracy of invoice rates, quantities, and GST compliance.
Generate E-Invoices and E-Way Bills as per statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Logistics teams for timely invoicing.
Verify Purchase Orders (POs) and billing terms before invoice generation.
Maintain proper invoice records and documentation for reference and compliance.
Process and manage credit notes, debit notes, and invoice corrections.
Support monthly closing activities and provide documentation for audits.
