As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company,
representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to
establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their
needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point
of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and
resolving any issues that may arise. Your impact will be felt across the

RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a
personalized approach.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, offering effective solutions.
Provide information about our products and services, highlighting key
features and advantages.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement.




Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance our
services.
Conduct regular customer outreach and engagement activities.
Ensure data privacy and security, adhering to company policies.
Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric
approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Knowledge of BFSI industry is an asset.
