Job Summary
We are looking for L1-level IT Support / Site Technicians to handle basic IT support and technical activities at client/site locations. Candidates with basic education and an interest in IT can apply. Formal IT qualification is not mandatory, as proper training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support at the site.
Troubleshoot basic issues related to computers, laptops, printers, networking and peripherals.
Assist users with basic hardware and software-related problems.
Perform basic installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment.
Check and report issues related to LAN, Wi-Fi, cables and connectivity.
Coordinate with senior IT/support teams for issues that cannot be resolved at L1 level.
Maintain basic records of complaints, troubleshooting and equipment.
Follow site IT procedures and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure timely resolution of day-to-day technical issues.
Learn and perform additional IT support activities after receiving training.
Eligibility
Education: Basic education is sufficient; IT qualification is not mandatory.
Age: 22–30 years.
Basic understanding of computers and willingness to learn.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working at client/site locations.
Freshers with a genuine interest in IT are welcome.
Training Proper on-the-job training will be provided to selected candidates.
Candidates do not need to have advanced technical knowledge at the time of joining.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience, technical understanding and overall capability.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who are technically inclined, willing to learn, disciplined, and comfortable with hands-on site work. Prior IT support experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
