Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2C, C2H, and Full-Time requirements.
Robust experience in C2C recruitment is highly preferred.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, and budget.
Coordinate with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Manage candidate submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, and closures.
Maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates and vendor connections.
Achieve daily/weekly recruitment and closure targets.

Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Hands-on experience in C2C hiring is mandatory/preferred.
Good understanding of C2H and Full time hiring.
Robust communication, negotiation, and candidate/vendor management skills.
Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring.
