Location: HBR Layout, Bengaluru

Experience: 1–2 Years / 3–4 Years

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice Period Only

Salary: 29,000/month (1–2 Years) | Up to 41,000/month (3–4 Years)

Salary Date: 12th of every month

Hiring Type: C2H / Permanent – Both

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT/Technical recruitment.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and Boolean Search.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, CTC, notice period, and location.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Handle salary negotiation and offer discussions.
Maintain recruitment trackers and meet hiring TAT/targets.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.





Required Skills
1–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Robust sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of recruitment MIS and metrics.

Key
Only Immediate Joiners or candidates currently serving their notice period will be considered.
Candidate’s current location and approximate travel time to HSR Layout must be confirmed during screening.
Candidates should be comfortable with face-to-face interviews at the company location.
