We are looking for a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, valuable sourcing knowledge, and the ability to identify and attract suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Support the team in achieving hiring targets.
Requirements:
13 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
