Role & responsibilities
Promptly engage with inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to convert prospects into customers.
Conduct effective sales presentations, highlighting product and service features, perks, and value propositions tailored to client requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally while negotiating terms to successfully close sales prospects.
Track and monitor sales funnel performance, identify conversion bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance lead-to-customer conversion rates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Greet visitors warmly, manage check-in/check-out queues, and provide facility tours. You are often responsible for maintaining the "ambience" of the center, including coordinating refreshments, music,



and general cleanliness.
Scheduling & Communicate the appointment book via phone, email, and WhatsApp. This includes managing reminders to reduce no-shows and coordinating complex schedules for multiple practitioners like massage therapists or doctors.
Billing & Financials, Process payments (cash, card, UPI), verify insurance eligibility, and handle daily end-of-day reconciliation. Some roles may also involve explaining wellness package fees and memberships.
Operations Support, monitor inventory for front-desk consumables and coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance for equipment repairs

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification - Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience - 2 - 5 years
Compensation as per market standards
