NRole Summary

nWe are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 6+ years of experience in building data-driven solutions and delivering actionable business insights through Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and US Healthcare, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into impactful data solutions.

NKey Responsibilities

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

- Build, train, evaluate,and deploy Machine Learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines, analytical models, and solutions using Python and SQL.
N
- Work on AI/ML use casesto address business challenges and improve decision-making.
N
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
N
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
N
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate insights.
N
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources.
N
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Business, and other cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

- Stay current with advancements in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and US Healthcare.

nRequired Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / US Healthcare.

- Strong programming skills in Python.
N
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
N
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, including Regression, Classification, Clustering, Forecasting, Neural Networks, and related techniques.

- Knowledge of statistical modeling and data mining.
N
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
N
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.

- Experience with Databricks.

- Exposure to Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management.
