Were Hiring | IT Technician / IT Executive

Looking for a hands-on IT Technician who loves troubleshooting and fixing things on the ground!

You’ll be responsible for keeping IT systems running across our Dark Stores.

What you’ll do:
Troubleshoot PCs, POS systems, printers, scanners & other hardware
Resolve network/internet issues – Lease Line, AirFiber, Broadband, LAN/Wi-Fi & network drops
Coordinate with ISPs/network providers and drive issues to closure
Diagnose and fix technical issues independently
Travel to stores for in office troubleshooting when remote support isn’t enough
Ensure minimum downtime for critical store operations

What we’re looking for:
1–4 years of hands-on IT/technical support experience




Solid knowledge of hardware + basic networking
Someone who can troubleshoot, not just raise tickets
Comfortable travelling to different stores
Positive ownership and problem-solving skills

Designation: IT Executive / IT Technician Experience: 1–4 years
