Role Description As a Junior Client Partner (Influencer Marketing) with 1–2 years of experience, you will support the end-to-end management of influencer marketing campaigns for brand clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves coordinating with clients to understand campaign objectives, identifying suitable creators, and assisting in negotiations and onboarding.

You will help manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure smooth communication between clients, creators, and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include campaign monitoring, performance reporting, handling basic account queries, and contributing to proposals and presentations.



You will also support the sales and consulting teams in identifying growth prospects and maintaining robust client relationships.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Project Management to handle client relationships, campaign execution, and timelines.
Candidates should possess skills in Consulting and Management Consulting to understand client needs, recommend solutions, and optimize influencer marketing strategies.
Candidates should possess skills in Sales to support pitch development, upselling services, and contributing to business growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with clients and creators.
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or a related client-facing role.
Basic understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and campaign performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in office in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
