What you'll do
• Plan and publish posts, reels and stories on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn using a monthly content calendar.
• Shoot and edit short videos and photos at our venues and events: décor setups, food and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Write captions and hashtags that match our brand voice.
• Reply to comments and DMs quickly, and pass event enquiries on to the Sales team.
• Keep an eye on trends, audio and what other venues are doing, and pitch current content ideas.
• Share a simple monthly report on reach, engagement, follower growth and leads from social.
What we're looking for
• A student or recent graduate in mass communication, marketing, media or a related field. Strong portfolios from any background are welcome.
• Active on Instagram, with a positive feel for reels, trends and formats.
• Hands-on editing skills with tools like Canva, CapCut or InShot.
• Positive written English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus.
• Comfortable working on-site at events, including some evenings and weekends.
• Organised, reliable and open to feedback.
