About the Role

AE Global Group is looking for a creative, proactive and digitally savvy Junior Digital Marketing Associate to support our digital presence, online campaigns and student lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage social media platforms — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
Plan and execute social media content calendars, posts, reels and stories
Create captions, blogs and promotional content
Assist with SEO, keyword research and website content optimization
Support Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
Track and analyze leads, engagement, website traffic and campaign performance
Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing reports
Conduct competitor and market research
Promote webinars, seminars, events and university-related activities
Coordinate with the Design, Video and B2C/Admissions teams

What We're Looking For




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, BBA, Media or a related field
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, SMM & SEM
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads and Meta Ads
Basic Canva skills
Positive content writing, communication and analytical skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Creative, proactive and willing to learn

Freshers are welcome! Candidates with relevant internships, certifications or practical digital marketing projects are encouraged to apply.
