We're Hiring: CyberArk L2/L3 Support Engineer | NextGen Identity

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 4–12 Years

Availability: Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice Period Preferred

Work Timing: Australian Time Zone (6:30 AM onwards)

Role: CyberArk L2/L3 Support Engineer

We are looking for experienced CyberArk L2/L3 Support Engineers with solid hands-on experience in supporting and managing enterprise CyberArk environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for CyberArk PAM environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot CyberArk Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM components.
- Perform privileged account onboarding and Safe management.
- Handle password rotation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Perform platform onboarding and plugin development.
- Support Active Directory / LDAP integrations.
- Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.
- Troubleshoot CyberArk production issues and provide timely resolution.

For L3 Engineers:
- Perform CyberArk upgrades and migrations.
- Support Vault recovery and Disaster Recovery activities.
- Develop and customize CyberArk platforms.




- Automate tasks using PowerShell / Python.
- Develop and support CyberArk REST API integrations.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM.
- Strong knowledge of Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM.
- Experience in privileged account onboarding and password management.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.
- Experience with AD / LDAP integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Experience with platform onboarding and plugin development.
- CyberArk certifications will be an added advantage.
