Role Description The Junior Fashion Consultant & Personal Shopper is a full time on-site role based in Saket. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their style preferences, and recommending sneakers, streetwear, and accessories that align with their individual look.

The consultant will assist with fittings, create complete outfits, and provide personalized styling advice to enhance each customer’s shopping experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, staying updated on new arrivals and trends, supporting sales transactions, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.



The role also involves building long-term relationships with customers and collaborating with the team to meet sales and service goals.

Working Days: Mon-Sat

Working Hours: 11am-8pm

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong product knowledge and an active interest in sneakers, streetwear, and fashion trends.
Candidates should possess fashion consulting and personal styling skills to create cohesive, on-brand looks for diverse customers.
Candidates should possess transparent, confident communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
Candidates should possess customer service skills, including a friendly attitude, patience, and a focus on delivering a positive in-store experience.
Candidates should possess sales skills, including the ability to recommend products, handle objections, and support closing transactions ethically.
Attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation, with the ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
Previous experience in fashion retail or styling is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Minimum high school diploma; additional coursework or certification in fashion, retail, or design is a plus.
