Profile: Jr. IT Recruiter (HR)

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with solid approach skills and monthly closure capability for paid training programs.

Key Requirements:
Ability to generate leads and approach candidates for paid training programs And Understand IT technologies and technical job requirements.
Strong convincing and counseling skills to convert inquiries into enrollments
Responsible for achieving monthly admission/closing targets
Experience in handling student/candidate queries and explaining training perks clearly
Valuable communication and follow-up skills to maintain conversion ratio
Ability to work with marketing and HR team for lead conversion
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.

Focus Area: Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
