Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve computer, printer, scanner, and peripheral device problems.
Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
Troubleshoot application errors and system performance issues.
Provide technical assistance to users both remotely and in office.
Provide technical support for Hospital Information System (HIS/HMIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Laboratory Information System (LIS), PACS, and other hospital applications.
Support users in accessing and using IT systems.
Escalate application or system issues to the appropriate vendor or senior IT personnel.
Ensure minimum disruption to clinical and administrative services during technical problems.
Provide prompt technical support during system failures and critical operational issues.
Assist in maintaining continuity of IT services in emergency situations.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

Pay: ₹9,509.53 - ₹15,500.00 per month
