Ensure all kitchen areas, dishwashing stations, and storage spaces meet strict health, safety, and HACCP standards.
Supervise kitchen porters, stewards, and support teams; handle shift scheduling; and monitor daily attendance and grooming.
Maintain and track inventory of cleaning chemicals, dishware, cutlery, and kitchen tools while reporting any equipment repairs.
Coordinate with chefs and the culinary team to ensure an uninterrupted supply of clean utensils, crockery, and equipment during peak service hours.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
