Provide daily, proactive, and effective secretarial and administrative support to Regional Sales Head and the team,
Proactively managing internal/external enquires and communication, some of which may be of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
Coordinating with sales team members and preparing them for meetings with external and internal entities providing all supporting information and documentation such as agendas, minutes, papers etc.
Tele calling and making visits to recent customers for finding current prospects, as and when required
Coordination with external point of contact stakeholders and communicating the information to internal stakeholders.
Payment follow-up with customers and visits to their place of offices, also for outstation if applicable.
Report generations as and when sought by the management team including collaboration and collation of data.
Managing backend support to the entire sales team in the region by consolidating documents, proper MIS and other information system data storage
Any other job assigned time to time.
