We are looking for a Manager Labour Resource Mobilisation who has Proven experience in labour resource mobilisation and contractor negotiation, preferably within the construction industry for around 12+ years of experience
.
Some of the responsibilities includes -
Monitor labour deployment, attendance, and contractor performance on site; address shortfalls or supply issues proactively.
Resolve disputes or issues between labour contractors and site teams, escalating as needed.
Maintain records of contractor agreements, rate contracts, and labour deployment data for reporting and audits.
