Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js
Build responsive and user-friendly frontend and backend applications
Use AI-assisted development tools and modern vibe coding approaches to improve development speed and productivity
Collaborate with the team to rapidly prototype, test and deploy new features
Write clean, efficient and maintainable code
Debug technical issues and contribute to problem-solving across the product development lifecycle
Learn and adapt quickly to emerging technologies, tools and development practices

Ideal Candidate
Solid Entry-Level MERN Stack Engineer Profile with AI-assisted development interest
Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have at least 1+ year of software development experience with solid exposure to MERN Stack
Mandatory (Skills 1): Must have a strong understanding of JavaScript and MERN Stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js
Mandatory (Skills 2):



Must have interest and comfort in using AI-powered coding / vibe-coding tools as part of the development workflow.
Mandatory (Skills 3): Must have familiarity with React.js and Node.js with ability to build responsive and user-friendly frontend and backend applications
Mandatory (Skills 4): Must have strong problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and ability to learn quickly and work independently
Preferred (Education): Engineering, Computer Science, or IT background
Preferred (Experience 2): Exposure to startups, hackathons, open-source projects or rapid product development environments
Preferred (Skills 5): Demonstrated portfolio of projects built showing practical capabilities over purely theoretical knowledge
