We are seeking a visionary and experienced Lead Executive HR to join our HRBP department and lead our human resources function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our people strategies, ensuring alignment with our business goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a positive and inclusive work workplace, and driving organizational excellence.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the HR team, providing strategic direction and ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipelining.
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Design and deliver comprehensive training and development programs to upskill the workforce.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and ethical work workplace.
Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.




Conduct regular workforce planning and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving HR processes and policies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of driving HR strategies and initiatives in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting HR data and making informed decisions.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office suite.
Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are an advantage.
Experience in the technology industry is highly desirable.
