Role & responsibilities
Provide SAP TM functional expertise and solution design support for business initiatives.
Configure and support transportation processes including planning, optimization, execution, freight cost calculation, and settlement.
Manage integrations between SAP TM and SAP EWM, MM, SD, Finance, Vendor EDI, and 3PL systems.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Develop functional specifications and process maps to support development activities.
Collaborate with technical teams during implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
Support Integration Testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
Troubleshoot production issues including SMQ2 errors, document flow inconsistencies, RF devices, mobile scanners, and Zebra printers.
Handle SAP Fiori application and tile configuration based on business requirements.
Provide ongoing system support and enhancements for transportation and logistics operations.





Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
9+ years of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management experience.
Robust expertise in SAP TM/TMS, Logistics Business Network, and Global Trade Services.
Experience with SAP EWM, EDI, warehouse receiving, and logistics execution processes.
Hands-on experience with BN4L/LBN, GTT, SPROXY, and BOPF.
Minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP TM implementation lifecycle projects.
Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight settlement, and logistics integrations.
Experience working with 3PL partners, vendor EDI, and mobile logistics solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced setting.
