Roles and Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for Battery Management System (BMS) applications.
Develop firmware using Embedded C on microcontroller-based platforms.
Work on RTOS and bare-metal firmware development.
Design and implement bootloaders and OTA (Over-the-Air) firmware update solutions.
Optimize firmware for performance, memory utilization, and reliability.
Develop and integrate device drivers and communication protocols such as CAN, UART, SPI, and I2C.
Debug, test, and troubleshoot firmware issues throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with hardware, validation, and system engineering teams for product development.
Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
Lead firmware development activities and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Required Skills
Solid expertise in Embedded C.
Hands-on experience with RTOS, bootloaders, and OTA updates.
Experience with microcontrollers and embedded systems.
Positive understanding of memory management and firmware optimization.
Mandatory experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS).
7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
