Legal Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Legal Executive to support the legal and compliance functions of our e-commerce business. This role is ideal for a motivated law graduate who is eager to learn and gain hands-on exposure to contracts, compliance, and day-to-day legal operations in a rapid-growing digital business.

Key Responsibilities
Legal & Contract Support
Assist in drafting and reviewing basic commercial documents such as:
NDAs
Vendor and service agreements
Seller onboarding documents
Maintain and organize contract records and legal documentation.
Support senior legal team members in contract negotiations and execution.
Compliance Assistance
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable Indian laws, including:
Consumer Protection Act & E-commerce Rules
Information Technology Act, 2000
Basic data privacy and advertising regulations
Help track regulatory updates and maintain compliance checklists.
Consumer & Operational Legal Support
Assist in handling consumer complaints, legal notices, and responses.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer support, finance) to gather information for legal matters.




Support in maintaining records of disputes and legal communications.
Corporate & Documentation Support
Assist with routine corporate filings and internal documentation.
Help draft and update internal policies, terms & conditions, and website legal pages.
Coordinate with external consultants and law firms under supervision.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
LL.B. from a recognized university (mandatory)
Experience:
1–2 years of experience
Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome
Exposure to e-commerce, technology, or startup environments is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
