Metapercept Technology Services LLP is looking for an experienced Legal Consultant – Corporate to provide legal support and guidance on corporate, contractual, compliance, and business-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice on corporate and business matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws and regulations.
Identify and assess legal risks and recommend appropriate actions.
Handle legal documentation and maintain proper records.
Support vendor, client, employment, and commercial agreements.
Conduct legal research and provide clear recommendations.
Coordinate with external legal advisors when required.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Law.
Expertise in Contract Drafting and Review.
Understanding of corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.
Strong legal research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Solid attention to detail and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Education
LLB/LLM from a recognized university. Candidates with relevant corporate legal experience will be preferred.
