Role: FMS Software engineers
Location: Bangalore
Experience Range: 5 -10 Years.
Required skillset: FMS, DO-178B / DO-178C, C / C++ programming, DevOps / CI-CD
Must have:
Bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience in avionics software development.
Mandatory experience in Flight Management System (FMS) software development. User Interface skills are recommended
Robust knowledge of DO-178B/C and software design, development, integration, and verification.
Experience working in a DevOps environment with CI/CD practices.
Strong programming skills in C/C++, scripting languages, and embedded real-time software development.




Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, integrate, and verify safety-critical FMS software.
Work in a DevOps setting, contributing to CI/CD and continuous improvement.
Own product quality and ensure compliance with DO-178B/C standards.
Collaborate with Systems, Certification, and other cross-functional teams.
Works on software design, coding, integration, and verification
Drive software optimization, automation, and engineering best practices.
Mentor team members and contribute to technical excellence.
